To be considered for the sunrise fund recovery scholarship,

below is the criteria we will be looking for:

Resident of Cape Ann, MA
Male or Female
Commitment to long term recovery in a 12 step program
Understanding that the recipient will not be able to choose their own placement
Maintaining a respectful relationship with our board & keep us updated on your progress

All information collected from recipient will be completely confidential and kept for our records only.

We reserve the right to limit or stop funding should the recipient not comply with any of the guidelines or if they are displaces from their treatment facility/sober living.
